The cabana may be reserved for private use by
residents of Peppertree. Its use is limited to non-organizational,
non-commercial social functions.

No more than 30 persons may attend a private function
held by a resident at the cabana.

The pool may not be used by parties reserving the
cabana. The pool is for the use and enjoyment of all Peppertree
residents.

The gate to the pool and cabana area is NEVER to be
propped open.

Noise will be kept to a level that will not disturb
nearby residents.

Absolutely no glass containers are allowed outside the
cabana at any time.

Curfew for the cabana will be 11:00 p.m. No
exceptions.

A resident reserving the cabana is to provide guests
with his key to the bathrooms. Residents who lose their bathroom
keys may obtain duplicates from the management company for a
reasonable charge.

The cabana will be left clean, the thermostats and
lights turned off, and the doors locked before leaving. The resident
reserving the cabana will be responsible for collecting and
disposing of all trash from the premises.

The cabana will be inspected on the next business day
after use. The resident agrees that any cost to repair, clean, or
replace properties or premises damaged by the resident or his or her
guests will be withheld from the deposit. If such costs are in
excess of the deposit, the resident agrees to reimburse the
Association for such excess. The deposit, less any charges, will be
returned by mail.

The resident understands the Association, its
officers, directors, committees, or management shall not be held
liable for injuries or accidents which members or guests may suffer,
or be responsible for injury or loss of personal properties of any
member or guest using the cabana; nor can they be responsible for
any incidents arising from the use of alcohol or drugs.

Children will not be allowed to hold functions without
adult supervision.

Any resident reserving the cabana agrees that
violations of the above rules will result in the loss of cabana
privileges for up to a year and/or loss of deposit. The Association
will retain the entire deposit if a violation has occurred.

Tenants may not rent the facilities without prior
written consent of the unit owner.
