Pool Key Cards
One electronic card key with a unique serial number is issued to
each unit. This card must not be given to a nonresident. If you lose a
key, you may purchase a replacement key from the management company for
a $50 fee. Nonresident owners are responsible for providing their
tenants with the key.

Swimming Pool Rules
1. The pool is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., unless otherwise
posted at the pool.
2.
No lifeguard is on duty at anytime.
3.
A host resident adult must accompany guests.
4.
The resident who is 18 years or older must accompany children
under the age of 14 at all times.
5.
Swimming suits only are to be worn in the pool. No cutoffs or
other substitutes are permitted.
6.
Rafts, tubes, or other floatation devices are not permitted in
the pool areas.
7.
Cats, dogs, and other pets are not allowed in the pool area.
8.
Glass containers of any kind for beverages or foods are not
allowed in the pool area.
9.
Rowdiness, boisterous behavior, running, pushing, shoving, or
shouting is not permitted. All personal entertainment
devices must be used with headphones so as to not disturb others.
10.
Nonresident owners are not allowed to use the pool.
11.
The gate must be locked at all times and access to the pool area
must be with a key.
12.
Skateboards, bicycles, etc., are not allowed in the pool area.
13.
No more than four (4) guests per unit are allowed simultaneous
use of the pool during the week.
14.
Upon request from other residents or the pool manager, residents
are required to show identification and their card key indicating they
live in Peppertree.
15.
Soap and shampoo are prohibited in the pool.
16.
Outside showers must be used before entering the pool to remove
any suntan lotion.
17.
Cooking and barbeques are not allowed.
18.
Curlers and bobby pins must not be worn in the pool area.
19.
Hair longer then shoulder length must be must be tied back.

21.
Please remove all personal items and trash when leaving the pool
area. Towels must not be hung on the fence. Items left may be disposed.
22.
The Association, its officers, directors, committees, or
management agent shall not be held liable for injuries or accidents
which members or guests may suffer, or be responsible for injury to or
loss of personal property of any member or guest using the pool area.
23. "No smoking" is allowed at
any time in the pool area.
24. Be respectful of others at all time. Monitor noise
levels.
